Brooks Co. was founded in 1895 by the Brooks Family of Greensboro, NC.
Brooks Manufacturing started as a sawmill operation cutting rough lumber. As a lumber yard and building supply company, it still exists today.

Brooks Lumber Co. began its custom business in the 1940’s, building homes and custom architectural millwork.

Today Brooks stands on the same land it built its name upon. Brooks continues to manufacture top quality products out of the same tradition and core values that Brooks started in 1895: Service, Quality and Customer Satisfaction are number one.
