  • Better known as the Millwork Encyclopedia and President of Brooks Millwork Company!
  • David White has over 35 years of experience in the woodworking industry.
  • David supervises the management team with their day-to-day operations as well as the long-term growth and direction of Brooks Millwork Company. He ensures that the customer receives furniture-grade millwork every time!
Terry Brooks (Owner/Security)
  • B.S.C.E. NC State University (Construction Option)
  • Two years as NC Highway Engineer, NC Division of Highways
  • Thirty-four years President of Brooks General Contractors and Brooks Lumber Company
  • Oversees day-to-day operations of the company’s two divisions; Brooks Millwork and Brooks General Contractors

joy1 Joy Stancevic (Estimator/Project Manager) With a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Interior Design, Joy has worked in the millwork industry for more than 20 years. From lighting design, hardware selection, to estimating and project management, Joy’s duties include AutoCAD drawings, estimating, and project management.
davidlane David Lane (Project Manager)Started in construction at age 16 working summers for a high-end turnkey builder learning the art of construction the hard way. At 20, spent four years building custom offshore yachts in Virginia. Moved to Raleigh worked for the most respected builder of custom homes inside the beltline. Owned and operated his contracting business for 11 years. His condo project voted Best Place in Raleigh to Live by the Raleigh Business Journal. Currently holds a North Carolina General Contractors License.
Brian Guhman (Shop Manager)Brian works in all facets of the company. He has a Degree in Architectural Technology and more than 6 years in the millwork industry. Brian is a hands-on supervisor and on the front line to ensure that all projects live up to the Brooks Millwork standard of quality.
Jamie Campbell (Human Resources)Jamie is Brooks’ Human Resource Administrator and works with the company’s accounts payables.
Rebecca Coplin (Company Administrator)Rebecca is Brooks’ Contract and Bidding Administrator and serves as the Brooks’ Billing Assistant.
Sonya Moore (Secretary Treasurer)Sonya serves as Brooks’ Secretary Treasurer and oversees the day-to-day financial operations of our Company.
